This Privacy Policy explains how LuckNZX Limited ("LuckNZX," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use lucknzx.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
- Account & profile: identifiers such as name, username, email, and login credentials (hashed).
- Contact & support: information you submit via forms or email, including message content.
- Device & usage: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location (derived from IP).
- Cookies & similar tech: cookie IDs and advertising/analytics identifiers as described below.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Site, create and manage accounts, respond to requests, process transactions (if offered), personalize content, measure performance, prevent fraud/abuse, comply with law, and maintain security.

- Access/update account information (where available) and request deletion by contacting us.

Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 20 and over and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 20. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your rights under New Zealand privacy law
Under the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand), you may request access to, and correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing, opt out of marketing communications, and ask us to delete information where we are no longer required to retain it.
