Terms of Service

1) Social casino; entertainment only

The Service offers simulated casino-style games for entertainment purposes only. The Service does not offer real-money gambling. No prizes or winnings of real-world value are awarded. Any virtual coins/chips/currency, points, or similar items ("Virtual Currency") have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or anything of value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged outside the Service.

2) Eligibility (20+ / legal age)

• You must be at least 20 years old to use the Service.
• You may not use the Service where prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.
• We may request age and identity verification and may suspend/terminate access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not create accounts for others or use another person’s account.

4) Acceptable use

• No cheating, bots, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, tampering, or exploiting bugs.
• No harassment, hateful or unlawful content, or interference with the Service or other users.
• No buying/selling, gifting, or transferring Virtual Currency or accounts outside any features expressly provided by us.

5) Virtual Currency & game items

• Virtual Currency and virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property and/or our licensors’ property.
• We may modify, limit, remove, reset, or expire Virtual Currency and game items at any time, including for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

6) In-app purchases / paid coins

• Some Virtual Currency may be offered for purchase. Purchases are for entertainment access only and do not create real-world value.
• All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or the relevant app store’s mandatory policies.
• Prices, offers, and availability may change. Taxes may apply where required.

7) Intellectual property; license

The Service and all related content (software, graphics, trademarks, and game mechanics) are owned by LuckNZX or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for lawful, personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8) Suspension; termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (and/or restrict features) at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, for security or legal reasons, or to protect the Service or users. Upon termination, your license ends and Virtual Currency balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, or that outcomes will meet expectations.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckNZX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) NZ$100. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

11) Disputes; governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve disputes informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or the courts of New Zealand, which will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
